Our Sachet Packer for powder products is an automated packaging system that efficiently handles fine materials like coffee, spices, or pharmaceuticals. Its primary function is to form pouches from a roll of film, use a precision auger-filler to accurately dose the specified amount of powder into each pouch, and then seal and cut the individual sachets to create clean, uniform, and airtight packages suitable for single-serving use, all while often incorporating features to minimize dust and ensure hygiene.
Powder filler for bottle
Our powder filler for bottles is an automated machine engineered to accurately and efficiently dispense a precise, measured volume or weight of powdered material (such as pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food mixes, or chemicals) into rigid containers like glass or plastic bottles and jars. It typically uses an auger filling mechanism to draw the powder from a hopper and funnel it into the bottle opening, ensuring consistent fill levels and minimizing dust or product waste.
Horizontal flow wrapper
The Pacer Industrial Automation Horizontal Flow Wrapper is a continuous-motion, high-speed system designed for packaging solid products like bakery items, candy bars, or hardware. Its function is to take a single roll of flexible film, form it into a continuous tube around the horizontally conveyed product, create a secure longitudinal fin seal along the package’s length, and then use crimping jaws to seal and cut the film at both ends, resulting in a protective, uniformly sized, and visually appealing “pillow pack” style of finished package, ensuring high throughput and product presentation for Pacer’s clients.
Boiler
Our boiler is a closed pressure vessel that is designed to heat water or other fluids to generate either hot water or steam for industrial and commercial use. Its core function involves burning a fuel source within a combustion chamber, and the resulting heat energy is transferred through heat exchange surfaces to the water or fluid, producing steam that can be used to supply process heat for manufacturing and sterilization purposes.
